Landscaping in Dubai: villa gardens, designed and built
We design and build villa gardens in Dubai, from paving, lawn and planting to lighting, water features, pergolas and outdoor kitchens. One team handles the design, the approvals and the build.

What we build in a garden
A landscaping project can be a whole new garden or a few changes to the one you have. We also work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. These are the parts we design and build:
Paving, paths and walls
Paving and outdoor tiles, interlock, pathways and stepping stones, driveways, boundary and feature walls, planters, steps, decking and fences.
Lawn, planting and irrigation
Natural lawn and artificial grass, planting and trees, and the irrigation system that keeps them alive in the Dubai summer.
Living outdoors
Outdoor lighting, water features and fountains, sunken seating, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, BBQ and bar counters, pergolas, gazebos and outdoor showers.
Landscape design, in 3D first
See the garden before it is built
Every garden starts with a site visit and a design. We produce the design in 3D so you can see the layout, the materials and the lighting before work starts, and change it while changes are still easy.
Because the same team designs and builds, what you approve in the design is what gets built. A dedicated project manager is your single point of contact throughout.

Levels, surfaces and what runs underneath
Set the levels first, so rain and wash-down water run off the paving and away from the villa. Pale, textured surfaces stay cooler underfoot in summer and grip better near a pool. Pipes for irrigation and cables for lighting go in under the paths before the paving and interlock is laid, so nothing has to be lifted later.
Planting for heat and sandy soil
Pick plants that cope with strong sun, heat and sandy soil, and group them by water need so each irrigation zone suits its plants. Trees and palms go where they shade the seating, with room for their roots away from walls and the pool. Where shade or heavy use makes a natural lawn hard to keep, artificial grass can take that area.
Before and after

Garden styles that work in a Dubai villa
Picking a direction early keeps the materials, planting and lighting consistent.
Minimal and modern
A few materials, clean edges and lighting built into the structure. Project Barn in The Springs was redesigned in a minimalist design language, with custom detailing to keep it clutter-free.
Resort-style
The garden is laid out around the pool, with shaded zones for lounging and dining and layered light. It needs the most services planned together: pool equipment, power, lighting and drainage. Project Casa Colonia in The Villa was planned as a resort-style entertainment space.
Green and natural
Lawn, layered planting and soft paths, with paving kept to what is needed. It uses more water, so the irrigation is designed with the planting. At Project Celine in Mudon the garden has natural landscaping, greenery and a stepping-stone path.

How a garden project runs
Project Study
A free site visit to see the garden and understand how you want to use it.
Plan
Scope and materials are agreed, and we prepare and submit the approvals.
Visualization
The garden in 3D, refined with you before anything is built.
Execution
Hardscape, services and irrigation, planting, lighting and features, then handover.
How long a garden takes depends on its size and what goes into it. We give you a programme for your project after the site visit.
Approvals
Many communities and developers need to approve changes to a villa garden before work starts. We apply for the approvals ourselves; which ones apply depends on your community and the scope, and we confirm them after the site visit.
What landscaping costs
Every garden is priced for its site, so we do not publish a price list. The things that move the price most are:
- The size of the garden
- Hardscape materials and how much paving there is
- Natural lawn or artificial grass, and the planting
- Irrigation and lighting
- Features: water features, pergolas, fire pits, outdoor kitchens
- Site conditions and access
The site visit is free. After it we confirm the scope and give you a quotation for your garden.
Adding a pool
If a pool is part of the plan, the garden and the pool are best designed together, even when they are built at different times.
