OutMazed Design Pools & Landscape
Pools & Landscape is the outdoor arm of OutMazed Design. It designs and builds swimming pools, gardens and outdoor living spaces for villas, with the same 3D design, approvals and in-house team as the rest of the company.

One team for everything outside the villa
OutMazed Design works across five services: Design & Transformation, Turnkey Renovations, Pools & Landscape, Fitout & Joinery and Civil Construction. Pools & Landscape covers everything outside the house: the pool, the garden, the hard surfaces between them and the structures that make the space usable through Dubai's long summer. It exists as its own brand because outdoor work has its own skills, from pool structure and filtration to planting and irrigation, but it is delivered by the same company, from the same office at SIT Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis. A villa owner can come to us for a new swimming pool, a landscaping project or a complete outdoor transformation, and deal with one project manager from the first site visit to handover. We work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
What Pools & Landscape covers
Pools of every type
New concrete and fibreglass pools: skimmer pools, overflow pools, infinity pools, plunge pools and outdoor jacuzzis and spas, each designed for the plot and how the family will use it.
Pool renovation
Renovating an existing pool: new finishes, coping, lighting, equipment and changes to the shape or features, or a complete turnkey pool renovation with the surroundings.
Landscape design
Landscape design in 3D: layout, levels, paths, planting, shade and lighting worked out together before anything is built.
Landscape construction
Paving and interlock, paths and stepping stones, walls and planters, decking and fences, natural lawn and artificial grass, planting and irrigation.
Outdoor living
Outdoor living spaces with pergolas, gazebos, outdoor kitchens and BBQ areas, bar counters, sunken seating, fire pits and outdoor showers.
Lighting and water
Outdoor and landscape lighting, underwater pool lighting, water features and fountains, planned for how the garden looks at night.
How it works with the rest of OutMazed
Being part of a design-and-build company changes how an outdoor project runs:
- Designed in 3D firstThe pool, garden and structures are designed in 3D before execution, so you see the whole outdoor space, not separate drawings.
- Approvals applied for by usWhich approvals apply depends on the community and the scope. We prepare and apply for them ourselves.
- Our own joinery and fit-out workshopPergola details, outdoor kitchen cabinets, benches and pool house interiors can be made in-house.
- Civil works in the same teamBoundary walls, car shades, parking, extensions and drainage sit with our civil construction service.
- Indoor and outdoor togetherIf the villa is also being renovated, the garden is planned with the rooms that open onto it.
- One project managerA single point of contact for every trade, from excavation to the last plant.

Gardens that are designed, not filled
Cliff, Aldea and Solace
Not every outdoor project starts with a pool. At Project Cliff in Al Furjan the garden and terrace were part of a bespoke villa transformation built around the clients' own design direction. At Project Aldea we created an outdoor living space with a BBQ area. At Project Solace in Damac Hills the exterior included a Buddha water fountain and a custom-built Tulsi structure, designed around the client's spiritual and traditional preferences.
What these projects share is that the garden was planned as a whole: where people sit, how they move from the house to the pool or the BBQ, where the shade falls in the afternoon and how it looks after dark. For larger outdoor changes, a turnkey landscape renovation brings design, approvals and every trade under one contract.
