• Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same as the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://outmazeddesign.ae/ policies and rules.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

   OutMazed^® Design specializes in offering interior design and fit-out services, subject to the terms specified in individual service agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

   Throughout the project, you must supply correct information, cooperate with our team, and adhere to all applicable rules and regulations.

4. Pricing & Payment

   Individual service agreements provide specific pricing and payment methods. Clients must make the agreed-upon payments as provided in the agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refund Procedures

   Individual service agreements will provide clearly stated cancellation and refund procedures.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

   OutMazed^® Design retains sole ownership of all intellectual property related to our services, including drawings, plans, and specifications, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Privacy Compliance

   We gather and process personal information in accordance with the principles set out in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our policies on the collection and use of your data.

8. Liability Disclaimers

   OutMazed^® Design disclaims all liability for any indirect, special, or consequential damages and makes no promises, expressed or implied, with regard to the services.

9. Termination Rights

   Either party has the right to cancel a service agreement in line with the termination terms stated in the agreement.

10. Governing Legal Framework

    These Terms & Conditions are regulated by and construed in accordance with United Arab Emirates laws.

11. Updates in Terms

    OutMazed^® Design has the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are posted; therefore, we advise you to revisit these conditions regularly.

12. Payment Confirmation

    Once the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt. Customers are advised to check their email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the confirmation.
