Project Majestic

Transformation in Al Twar executed in Q4 of FY2024.

OutMazed Design proudly presents one of our latest renovation projects in the heart of Al Twar, Dubai. This magnificent villa, nestled in the charming old town, underwent a complete 360-degree transformation, redefining both its indoor and outdoor spaces into a palatial retreat.

Indoor Transformation The interiors of this villa now exude elegance, with a seamless white marble effect achieved through meticulous tiling across the entire space. The centerpiece of the transformation is a custom-built staircase, where the flooring was designed to mimic the warmth and sophistication of wood. Additionally, every bathroom in the villa was fully renovated, showcasing contemporary designs and luxurious finishes.

Outdoor Transformation

The outdoor area has been reimagined to create a serene yet grand ambiance. A stunning pool with a cascading water feature takes center stage, complemented by a unique sunken structure for relaxation and gatherings. Adding to the charm is a beautifully designed Gazebo, offering a shaded sanctuary, and a custom-built parking area, blending style with functionality.

This project stands as a testament to OutMazed Design’s commitment to delivering bespoke renovations that elevate both form and function.
