Turnkey garden and landscape renovation in Dubai
We take an existing villa garden that no longer works and rebuild it under one contract: survey, removal, levels and drainage, new paving and planting, irrigation, lighting and shade, through one project manager.

Renovating a garden that is already there
A new garden starts from sand. An existing one starts from somebody else's decisions: paving that has sunk, a lawn that never recovers after summer, irrigation pipes nobody can trace, a trampoline corner the children have outgrown, and perhaps a tree worth keeping in the middle of it all. Renovating it means deciding what stays, taking out what does not, fixing what is wrong underneath and then building the new garden on top. When the removal, the groundwork and the new landscape are split between different contractors, each one inherits the last one's problems. A turnkey landscape renovation keeps all of it with one team, from the first survey to the handover.
The survey: what stays and what goes
Before anything is designed, we look at what the garden already has.
- Trees and palmsMature planting that is healthy and in the right place is often worth designing around.
- Paving and wallsWhether existing hard surfaces and boundary walls can be kept, resurfaced or need to come out.
- Irrigation and drainageWhere water is supplied, where it collects after watering, and whether the old system can be reused.
- Power and lightingExisting cables and outdoor sockets, and where new lighting will need power.
- StructuresOld shades, sheds and play equipment that are kept, moved or removed.
What the turnkey contract covers
Removal and clearing
Breaking out old paving, lifting tired lawn and taking away debris and unwanted structures.
Levels and drainage
Regrading the ground so water runs away from the house and off paths instead of pooling.
Hardscape
Paving and interlock, paths and stepping stones, driveways, walls, planters, decking and fences.
Softscape
Natural lawn or artificial grass, new planting and beds built around the trees that stay.
Irrigation
A new or reworked system laid before the planting and hard surfaces go down.
Lighting and shade
Outdoor lighting, pergolas and gazebos, planned together with the paving that hides their cables and footings.
Before and after
Drag the line to compare.

One approval, one manager
The community sees one job
Many communities need to approve changes to a villa garden, especially new structures, walls and paving. We apply for the approvals ourselves; which ones apply depends on the community and the scope.
During the works one project manager runs the sequence, from removal through groundwork, services, hardscape and planting, and is your contact during our working hours of 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday. At handover you walk the garden together and anything outstanding is closed.
