A fit-out is a sequence, not a list of trades
Every interior fit-out follows an order. Partitions go up before cables are pulled; cables and pipes go in before ceilings close; floors are laid before joinery is fitted; paint and fittings come last. When several companies share a site, each one waits for the last or works around it, and a mistake early in the sequence is paid for later. A turnkey fit-out company owns the whole order of work. One team plans it, one project manager runs it and the same people are answerable for every stage, from the first partition to the last light fitting.
How a turnkey fit-out runs on site

From site measure to workshop to wall
Joinery is often the part of a fit-out that holds everything else up. When it comes from an outside supplier, a wrong measurement or a late delivery becomes a dispute between companies.
Our joinery is made in our own workshop and delivered to site. The designer who drew it, the team that measured it and the workshop that made it all sit in one company, so adjustments are solved between colleagues rather than contractors.

A free site visit to measure the space and confirm what condition it is in.
