A complete villa redefinition by OutMazed® Design, Project Beyond transformed a rare corner-unit residence from a traditional layout into a fully modern home designed, built, and delivered with exceptional precision. The project was created to enhance lifestyle, maximize functionality, and introduce a fresh contemporary identity throughout the property.

The scope included a structural balcony extension to create additional living space and a new bathroom, bespoke joinery works across all bedrooms, visually striking custom wardrobes, gypsum ceilings with ambient lighting, renewed bathroom flooring and architectural wraps, smart home automation with Google Nest thermostats, and a refreshed outdoor entrance. Every detail was executed by our in-house team, resulting in a sophisticated turnkey transformation that elevates both comfort and everyday living.
