Villa painting in Dubai
Painting a villa means many rooms, several floors, high stairwells and the outside walls, often while the family lives there. We plan it as one job with one colour scheme and one project manager.

A villa is not a big apartment
A villa repaint brings problems that a flat rarely has. There are double-height entrances and stairwells that need towers or platforms. There are many more rooms, and they all need to feel like one house, so colours have to flow from the majlis to the family room to the bedrooms upstairs. There is woodwork on staircases and balustrades, there are maid's rooms and service areas with their own wear, and there is the outside of the house with its facade, parapets and boundary walls. And very often the family is living in it, which means the work has to move around them. We plan villa painting around all of that before the first room is masked.
The parts of a villa we paint
Reception and living areas
The rooms guests see first, where the colour scheme for the whole house is usually set.
Stairwells and double-height spaces
High walls and ceilings reached safely from towers or platforms, with handrails and balustrades protected or repainted.
Bedrooms and children's rooms
Calmer colours for sleeping and tougher, washable finishes where small hands and toys meet the walls.
Kitchens, bathrooms and laundry
Moisture-resistant finishes where steam and splashes would break down ordinary paint.
Service and maid's rooms
Practical, durable finishes in areas that see heavy daily use.
Facade and boundary walls
Exterior coatings suited to sun, heat and dust, with any community approval for colour changes applied for by us.
One colour plan for the whole house
Seen in 3D before anything is bought
In a villa, colours are seen from one room into the next, across landings and down the stairs. A shade that works in one bedroom may fight the flooring in the hall. We show the scheme for the whole house in 3D, room by room and in the views between rooms, so you can adjust it as one plan.
Painting often comes at the end of larger work. In Project Miracle, a full indoor and outdoor makeover in The Villa, the description lists spray painting among the works alongside joinery, gypsum ceilings with cove lights, wall cladding and a new kitchen. When painting follows other trades, we sequence it so that it is the last finish, not something damaged by the work after it.

Planning around family life
Most villa repaints happen in a home that is lived in. This is how we keep it workable.
- Floor by floor or zone by zoneSo that bedrooms and the kitchen are never all out of use at once.
- Protection that stays putFurniture is moved to the middle and covered, floors and stairs are protected, and fixed joinery is masked.
- Low-odour optionsAvailable for bedrooms and rooms that need to be used the same evening.
- Working hoursOur team works 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
- Move-in deadlinesFor an empty villa before you move in, the whole house can be painted in one sequence; a programme is agreed after the site visit.

Execution
Our in-house team paints to the agreed sequence, with one project manager as your single point of contact.
What changes the cost of painting a villa
We price after the site visit. These are the main drivers.
- Number of rooms and floors
- Double-height spaces and stairwellsAccess equipment and more careful work.
- Surface conditionCracks, damp, old wallpaper or flaking paint.
- Woodwork and metalDoors, frames, staircases, railings and gates.
- Inside only, or the exterior too
- Occupied or emptyWorking around furniture and family takes longer than an empty house. Painting is also the last stage of a whole-villa renovation, where it follows the joinery, ceilings and flooring.
