Landscape design and build in Al Barari
In Al Barari a private garden is read against the planting around it. We design yours to belong to that setting, show it to you in 3D, prepare the drawings the master developer asks for, and build it with our own team.

A garden inside a larger garden
Al Barari describes itself as a community built around nature, with themed gardens, flowing water and homes designed to sit within the landscape. For a villa owner that changes the design question. A garden here is not an empty yard to be filled; it is the last few metres of a much larger planted setting, seen from the house on one side and from the community's own greenery on the other. A scheme that ignores that setting, with hard edges, a wall of paving or a palette that clashes with the planting beyond the boundary, tends to look out of place. Our approach is design-led: we study how the plot meets its surroundings, decide what to borrow and what to screen, and only then choose materials and planting. The same team then builds what you approved, as with all our landscape design in Dubai.
Garden design questions specific to an Al Barari plot
Borrowed views
Where the community's planting or water can be seen from your terrace, the design keeps that line of sight open and frames it, rather than blocking it with a structure.
Existing canopy
Established trees on or near the plot give shade but also drop leaves and compete for water. We place seating, lawn and any pool with that in mind.
A planting palette that blends
Beds closest to the boundary are planted to read as a continuation of the surroundings; more formal planting is kept near the house.
Soft edges
Planters, stepping stones and gravel bands let a garden fade into green, where a straight line of interlock would stop it abruptly.
Shade that does not dominate
Pergolas and gazebos are sized and positioned so they shelter a seating area without becoming the main thing you see from the house.
Light at night
Low, warm lighting on paths and trees keeps the garden usable after dark without flooding a setting that is meant to feel calm.
The design is also the approval package
What Al Barari's published rules ask for
According to Al Barari's published rules on construction and modifications, an owner may not modify the unit or alter the plot without a no-objection certificate from the master developer, and all drawings, plans and designs have to be submitted for that NOC. The same rules say that the architectural and landscaping guidelines the master developer issues are mandatory for anyone carrying out construction or landscaping in the community.
That is one more reason to design first. The 3D design you approve becomes the basis of the drawings we submit, so the garden that is approved is the garden that is built. We apply for the approvals ourselves; the master developer sets its own documents, fees and timelines, and we do not quote them here.
