Different homes, different kitchens
Dubai Properties lists villa and townhouse communities such as Mudon, Arabella, Serena, Villanova, Al Waha and The Villa within Dubailand. A townhouse kitchen there may be a single run or a galley, where every cabinet has to work hard. A larger villa may have room for an island, a tall bank of appliances and a walk-in pantry, or a second, enclosed kitchen for heavy cooking beside a show kitchen open to the living room. The cabinet design follows the kitchen you have and the one you want: how many people cook, what needs to be on display and what should disappear behind doors.
Kitchen layouts we make cabinets for
Galley
Two parallel runs, common in compact homes. Tall units at one end keep the worktop free.
L-shape and U-shape
Corner storage solved with pull-out fittings rather than dead space.
Island kitchens
Storage, seating and sometimes a sink or hob on an island facing the living area.
Pantry walls
Full-height cabinets for dry goods and small appliances, closed off from view.
Second kitchens
A practical, enclosed kitchen for heavy cooking, next to the main one.

Our work in Mudon
Mudon and Arabella are among the communities Dubai Properties lists within Dubailand, and Mudon has its own page on our site. Project Mudon, in Arabella, included kitchen works alongside tiling, gypsum ceilings, lighting and extensive customised joinery.
Project Celine, also in Mudon, turned a standard unfurnished villa into a finished home; its kitchen was upgraded into a contemporary, high-functioning space with an optimised layout.

What changes the cost of kitchen cabinets
The length of cabinet runs and any island, door finishes and handles, internal fittings, worktops and appliances, and whether plumbing, drainage or walls move. A second enclosed kitchen adds its own cabinets and services. A quotation follows the site visit.
