Joinery that fits the room it was made for
In repeated house types, such as the townhouses and villas of DAMAC Hills and DAMAC Hills 2, the same corners go to waste in home after home: the alcove beside the stairs, the space under it, the long blank wall facing the sofa, the bedroom wall where a freestanding wardrobe never quite fits. Joinery made to measure turns those into storage and focal points. Ours is made in-house in our workshop and delivered to site, so the people who measured the room are the people who build and install the piece.

Living room wall
A TV wall with slatted or panelled timber, concealed cables and a lit shelf.

From measurement to installation
Why we measure twice
Walls in a finished home are rarely perfectly straight or square. We take measurements on the site visit to design from, then check them again once ceilings and floors are final, before anything is cut. That second check is what lets a wardrobe or TV wall sit tight to the wall and ceiling with no visible gaps.
The design is drawn in 3D first, so you can see proportions, finishes and lighting. Once approved, pieces are made in our workshop, delivered to site and installed by our team, coordinated by one project manager.
