Plumbing works in Dubai
We carry out plumbing works in Dubai villas and apartments, from re-piping a bathroom and moving a kitchen sink to water heaters, tanks and pumps, usually as part of a wider renovation.

Plumbing is the part of a renovation you only see when it fails
Most plumbing in a home is hidden in walls, floors and ceilings, and it is covered by tiles and joinery that are expensive to remove. That is why plumbing has to be right before finishes go on, and why a renovation is the best time to deal with it. When a kitchen or bathroom is being opened up anyway, replacing old pipes, correcting drain falls and adding the points you will need later costs far less than coming back after the new tiles are laid. Our plumbing works are planned with the rest of the renovation, so pipe routes are already in the 3D design before the walls are closed.
What our plumbing works cover
Water supply
New hot and cold supply pipes for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and outdoor taps, with isolation valves so each area can be shut off on its own.
Drainage
Waste pipes from basins, showers, sinks and appliances, laid to the correct fall and connected to the existing drainage.
Moving fittings
Relocating a sink, toilet, shower or washing machine as part of a new layout, where the drainage allows.
Water heaters
Replacing or relocating water heaters and the pipework to them.
Tanks and pumps
In villas, work on the water tank, transfer pump and booster pump that keep pressure steady through the house. For blocks where a booster pump or riser serves many units, see maintenance for whole buildings.
Garden and pool connections
Water points for irrigation, outdoor showers, outdoor kitchens and pool equipment, planned with the landscape works.
Problems that usually lead to plumbing works
Homeowners usually call about one of these. Each one has a cause that has to be found before it can be fixed properly.
- Low water pressureIn a villa this often comes down to the pump, the tank or pipework that is undersized or partly blocked.
- Leaks and damp patchesWater stains on a ceiling below a bathroom, or swollen skirting next to a kitchen, often mean a leaking joint or failed waterproofing.
- Slow or smelly drainsUsually a drain laid without enough fall, a blockage, or a missing or dried-out trap.
- Hot water that takes too longLong pipe runs between the heater and the tap, which can be shortened by moving or adding a heater.
- A new layoutA kitchen island with a sink, a second basin, a laundry room or a new bathroom all need new supply and drainage.
Plumbing inside a renovation
First fix, testing, then finishes
In a renovation, plumbing happens in two stages. The first fix is laying the pipes in walls and floors before they are closed: supply lines, drains and the points where fittings will connect. Good practice is to check new pipework for leaks while it is still visible, before walls and floors are waterproofed, tiled and finished.
The second fix comes at the end, when the tiles and joinery are in place: connecting basins, mixers, toilets, appliances and the water heater. Because the same team and project manager handle both stages, the points are where the joinery and tiling expect them to be.

How we carry out plumbing works
Project Study
A free site visit to see the problem or the planned change, where the supply and drainage run, and the condition of what is there.
Plan
We agree what is replaced, what moves and how the work fits with the rest of the renovation, and apply for any building or community approvals required.
Visualization
For renovations, the new fittings and their positions are part of the 3D design, so the layout is fixed before pipes are laid.
Execution
Our in-house team does the work, with a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact.
What changes the cost
- How many fittings are added, replaced or moved
- How far drainage has to run, and whether floors must be opened
- Access: open walls during a renovation, or breaking into finished areas
- Condition of the existing pipework
- Equipment such as water heaters and pumps
- Making good the finishes afterwards
