Painting a space that cannot close
In a home, a room can be out of use for a day. In an office, a closed meeting room or reception affects clients and staff. Commercial painting is therefore planned around the business: which zones can be handed over when, where staff sit in the meantime, how equipment and files are protected, and how paint odour is kept away from people who are working. The surfaces are different too. Design painting in an office
Project Design, Silicon Oasis
Paint is one of the quickest ways to change how an office feels, but it works best as part of the whole interior. In Project Design, a commercial space in Silicon Oasis, the scope combined design painting with an open-ceiling layout, frosted glass partitions, custom kitchen wrapping, carpeting and flooring.
When painting is part of a wider office project, we plan it in 3D with the partitions, lighting and furniture, so colours, brand graphics and materials are settled before work starts. When it is a repaint on its own, the same care goes into preparation and phasing.
