Landscape design and build in Victory Heights

For villas and townhouses in Victory Heights, we design the garden around the views, the planting that is already there and the way you live outdoors, show it in 3D, and then build it with our own team.

DESIGNING A

Designing a garden in an established golf community

Victory Heights is a gated community of villas and townhouses in Dubai Sports City, built around The Els Club golf course. Many of its gardens have grown trees, patched lawns and features added by earlier owners. So the design starts with what is worth keeping: a palm shading the terrace, perhaps, but not a hedge blocking the fairway view. The people who draw your garden also build it. The photographs on this page come from our gardens in other Dubai communities.

QUESTIONS A

Questions a Victory Heights garden design has to answer

These are the points we work through on the first visit, before we suggest any style.

  • What you see from the houseOn plots that face the golf course, the open view is often the garden's main asset. Planting and structures on that side frame the view rather than close it.
  • Where a ball might landGardens next to a fairway need seating, glass and lighting placed with stray golf balls in mind. It is a small detail that changes where a dining table goes.
  • Which existing trees stayMature trees give instant shade, but roots can lift paving. We decide tree by tree.
  • Villa or townhouseA townhouse garden is narrower and often reached only through the house, so every element has to earn its space. A detached villa can wrap the garden around more than one side.
WHAT THE

What the design brings together

01

Zones and routes

Seating, dining, play and service areas, and the paths between them, drawn to fit the plot you actually have.

02

Planting palette

Trees, palms, shrubs and ground cover chosen for sun and shade on your plot, working with what already grows well there.

03

Lawn or artificial grass

Natural lawn where it gets enough sun and water, artificial grass where it would struggle or where children play hard.

04

Shade structures

Pergolas and gazebos placed against the afternoon sun, sized so they do not crowd a smaller garden.

05

Hard surfaces

Paving, stepping stones, decking and planters, with materials matched to the house and to how hot the surface gets underfoot.

Why design and build stay together

When one firm designs and another builds, decisions get reopened on site. Because we build what we design, levels, cable routes and access are settled in the drawings, and the 3D you approve is the brief for our site team.

Your project manager carries the design through to handover as your single point of contact.

HOW THE

How the project runs

01

Project Study

A free site visit to walk the garden, note the trees and views, check levels and access, and hear how the family uses the outdoors.

02

Plan

Zones, planting, structures and lighting are agreed, and we confirm which approvals the community requires and apply for them ourselves.

03

Visualization

You see the whole garden in 3D, including from the terrace and from the golf side, and we revise it with you.

04

Execution

Our in-house team builds the approved design, with one project manager from start to handover.

Duration depends on the work. You receive a programme after the site visit.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Have you built gardens in Victory Heights before?

No, this would be our first garden in the community. What you see here comes from our other Dubai projects, and the same designers and site team would handle yours.

Can you keep the mature trees in our Victory Heights garden?

Often, yes. We look at each tree's health, shade and roots at the site visit and design around the ones worth keeping.

Our villa backs onto the golf course. Does that change the design?

Usually. We keep the golf-side view open where you want it, and place seating, glass and lighting with stray balls in mind.

Do we need approval to redesign our garden in Victory Heights?

It depends on the scope. Approvals sit with the community's master developer or management, and we confirm what applies and apply for it ourselves.

We have a townhouse. Is the garden too small for a designed scheme?

No. A smaller garden benefits most from a plan, because every metre has to work. Access through the house is also planned for.

Will we see the garden before it is built?

Yes. The design is produced in 3D and work starts once you approve it.
