A new pool, or a pool that needs a second life
Pool enquiries from an established community like Victory Heights tend to fall into two groups. Some owners want a pool where there has never been one, often in a garden that already has mature planting and paving to work around. Others have a pool that was built years ago and now shows its age: tired finishes, failing coping, old lights and equipment that is noisy or inefficient. We handle both, in concrete or fibreglass, from skimmer and overflow pools to plunge pools and jacuzzis. The ones pictured were built elsewhere in Dubai.
Pool types that suit Victory Heights gardens
The community mixes detached villas and townhouses, so the right pool depends heavily on the plot.
Skimmer pool
The practical choice for most villa gardens: water sits a little below the coping and is drawn off through skimmers.
Overflow pool
Water runs over the edge into a channel, so the surface sits flush with the deck. It needs space for a balance tank.
Infinity edge
One edge appears to spill away. On a golf-side plot it can lead the eye towards the fairway, where levels allow it.
Plunge pool or jacuzzi
For townhouse gardens and smaller plots where a full pool would leave little garden.
Fibreglass shell
A factory-made shell, possible only where a crane or delivery route can reach the garden.
What decides the pool on your plot
- Access for excavationMost back gardens are reached through a side passage. Its width decides what machinery can enter and how spoil leaves the site.
- The golf-side viewWhere the garden faces the course, the pool can be placed to reflect the open view rather than block it.
- Existing treesMature trees drop leaves into water and their roots do not mix with a shell. Distance from trees is decided before the shape.
- Equipment spacePump, filter and any heating need a shaded, ventilated spot with access, away from bedroom windows and the neighbour's terrace.
- Approval from the communityPool works sit with the community's master developer or management. We confirm what is required and apply for it ourselves.
The pool is part of the garden
Deck, shade and planting drawn together
A pool that is designed alone ends up with a deck at the wrong level, a light cable with nowhere to go, or an equipment box in the only shaded corner. We draw the pool, its surround, the pergola or gazebo beside it and the planting as one design, then build all of it with our own team.
In Dubai's summer, shade and surface temperature matter as much as the water. A pale deck stays cooler underfoot, and shade on the western side keeps the pool usable later in the afternoon.

Project Study
A free site visit to measure the garden and access route, locate services, and for a renovation, inspect the existing shell and equipment.
Plan
Pool type, size, finishes and equipment are agreed with the surroundings, and we apply for the community approval.
Visualization
The pool and garden in 3D, by day and lit at night, before any digging.
Execution
Excavation, structure, pipework, finishes and the garden around it, built by our team under one project manager.
Duration depends on the work. A programme follows the site visit.
