Landscape design and build in Jumeirah Village Triangle

JVT villas often come with generous gardens. We design the whole plot in 3D, zone it around how your family lives, and build it with one in-house team.

A LARGER

A larger garden needs a plan more, not less

According to Nakheel's website, Jumeirah Village Triangle is one of its communities. Nakheel describes its villas and townhouses there as built in traditional Arabian and Mediterranean styles, set among communal green spaces. Space is an advantage, but it is also where many gardens go wrong: a wide lawn, a few loungers in full sun, and a far corner nobody uses. A design-led approach divides a large plot into places with a purpose, connects them with paths and sight lines, and decides where shade, water and light belong before anything is built. Because the same team designs and builds, the plan is drawn knowing how each part will be executed.

ZONING A

Zoning a JVT garden

01

Arrival and front garden

The approach from the gate, the driveway edge and planting that frames the entrance.

02

Terrace off the living room

The space used most, sized for a table and shaded against the afternoon sun.

03

Pool and deck

If a pool is planned, its position fixes much of the rest, so it is placed early.

04

Shade and dining

A pergola or gazebo with an outdoor kitchen or BBQ counter, close enough to the house to be used often.

05

Lawn and play

Open space for children, natural lawn or artificial grass depending on sun and use.

06

Service corner

Pool equipment, storage and bins, screened and reachable without crossing the garden.

MATCHING THE

Matching the garden to the house

Arabian and Mediterranean styles

A garden looks right when it belongs to the architecture behind it. With a Mediterranean-style villa that can mean warm stone tones, arched or rendered garden walls and a relaxed mix of planting. With an Arabian-style villa it can mean a more enclosed, courtyard-like seating area, the sound of a water feature and palms placed for shade. Some owners prefer a deliberate contrast, with a clean contemporary garden against the traditional house.

Whichever you choose, the 3D shows the garden with your villa in it, so you judge the materials and planting against the real facade. The approved design becomes the brief for our site team and your project manager.

APPROVALS FOR

Approvals for garden work in JVT

Nakheel's FAQ states that owners must obtain an NOC from its Urban Planning team before making any alterations, and it refers to construction work that needs both a Nakheel and a Trakhees NOC. Nakheel also notes that JVT includes third-party residential developments, which can carry their own rules. We check what applies to your villa and garden and apply for the approvals ourselves.

HOW A

How a JVT garden project runs

01

Project Study

A free site visit to walk the whole plot, note existing trees and palms, levels, sun and access, and hear how each part should be used.

02

Plan

Zones, routes, materials and planting, and which features come now or later. We apply for the approvals.

03

Visualization

The garden in 3D with your villa behind it, revised until the zoning and finishes are right.

04

Execution

Our in-house team builds it, in one go or in phases, with one project manager throughout.

Duration depends on the work. A programme follows the site visit.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Do you design and build gardens in Jumeirah Village Triangle?

Yes, we take on garden projects for JVT villas. The examples on this page are from our projects in other Dubai communities.

My JVT garden is large. Where do we start?

With zoning: deciding what each part of the plot is for and how you move between them. Materials and planting follow from that.

Can the garden follow my villa's Mediterranean or Arabian style?

Yes, or contrast with it on purpose. The 3D shows the garden against your actual facade so you can decide.

Who approves garden works in JVT?

Nakheel's FAQ says an NOC from its Urban Planning team is needed before alterations, and some construction also needs Trakhees. We apply for what your garden needs.

Can a large garden be built in phases?

Yes. We design the whole plot first so services and levels are right, then build in phases if you prefer.

Is the site visit free?

Yes. We visit the villa, walk the garden and discuss the brief at no charge.
