Renovating across a district of communities
Dubai Properties describes Dubailand as a mix of leisure attractions and family communities, and lists among them The Villa, Serena, Mudon, Arabella, Al Waha, Villanova and Remraam, with villas, townhouses and apartments. Villa renovations here therefore start with two questions. What does this particular house need: a new layout, more space, new wet areas, or a full change of style? And which community is it in, since that decides whose approval the work needs. We answer both on the first visit, then plan the renovation as one project rather than a series of separate trades.

A complete villa redefinition
Beyond was a rare corner-unit villa with a traditional layout. Our project record describes the scope: a structural balcony extension to create additional living space and a new bathroom, bespoke joinery in all bedrooms, custom wardrobes, gypsum ceilings with ambient lighting, renewed bathroom flooring and architectural wraps, smart home automation with smart thermostats, and a refreshed outdoor entrance.
Every part was executed by our in-house team as one turnkey project, which is how the extension, the new bathroom, the ceilings and the joinery could be planned to meet each other properly.

Our in-house team, one project manager, 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
Living in the villa during the work
A whole-house renovation with structural work, like Beyond, is easier for everyone with the villa empty. Smaller scopes can be phased floor by floor or room by room so the family stays at home. We agree the approach at the Plan stage, before the programme is fixed.
