Renovating a villa that already has a strong character
Dubai Properties describes the homes in The Villa as stylish four, five and six-bedroom villas in a Spanish style. Owners who renovate here usually want two things at once: a modern way of living inside, with an open kitchen, new bathrooms, better lighting and smart controls, and a house that still feels like it belongs to its Mediterranean shell. The renovation has to decide where to keep the character, such as arches, French doors and warm tones, and where to change things completely. Because these are large homes with gardens on several sides, a renovation here is often a 360-degree project: interiors, the garden, parking and sometimes a pool, all planned at once.

Renovating room by room, or the whole villa
Choosing the scope
Some owners in The Villa start with the kitchen and bathrooms and leave the garden for later; others, as on Projects Miracle and Lifetime, renovate the whole house indoors and outdoors in one project. Doing it together avoids opening the same walls twice and lets the inside and the garden be designed as one, but a phased plan can work if the first phase is designed with the later ones in mind.
Either way, we design the agreed scope in 3D first, so you see the renovated rooms before any demolition, and one project manager runs the work from the first day to handover.

Our in-house teams carry out the work, with joinery made in our workshop and delivered to site.
