Matching the pool to the plot
Dubai Properties lists villa and townhouse communities such as The Villa, Serena, Mudon, Arabella, Al Waha and Villanova within Dubailand. That mix means pool projects here vary more than in a single community. A townhouse garden may suit a plunge pool or a spa; a detached villa on a larger plot can take a full skimmer or overflow pool with a deck, shade and planting around it. Before choosing a pool type we look at the garden's size and shape, where the afternoon sun falls, how materials and machinery reach the back, and where the pool equipment can sit.

Skimmer pools
Water just below the edge, with skimmers collecting surface debris. A straightforward choice for most villa gardens.
Overflow pools
Water level with the deck, spilling into a channel, for a calmer, mirror-like surface.
Plunge pools
Compact and deep, for townhouse gardens or a corner of a larger plot.
Fibreglass pools
A one-piece shell, where the route into the garden allows it to be delivered.
Jacuzzis and spas
On their own or built into the pool.
Pool renovation
New finishes, edges, lighting or equipment for an existing pool.
Approvals depend on the community
- Find the right authorityEach Dubailand community has its own master developer or management, and pool works usually need their approval. Which one applies depends on your address.
- We apply ourselvesOnce we know the authority, we prepare the drawings and apply for the approvals your pool needs.
- Stay within the plotThe pool, deck and equipment are placed inside your boundary, set back as your community's guidelines require.

Our nearest pool projects
Our Dubailand project, Beyond, did not include a pool. Our nearest pool work is at The Villa, which Dubai Properties lists among its Dubailand communities and which has its own page on our site.
Project Jewel there has a 3.5 x 7 skimmer pool with covered parking and landscaping. Project Miracle has a 9 x 4 skimmer pool with a glass corner overlooking the seating area, with a gazebo, a pergola and date palms.

From study to swimming
Project Study
Free site visit to measure the garden, check access and find your community's approval route.

Pool type, size, finishes and equipment position agreed, and approvals applied for by us.
Visualization
The pool and its surroundings in 3D, so the deck, shade and planting are agreed together.
Execution
Our in-house team digs, builds the shell, installs pipework and equipment, then finishes the pool and the garden around it, with one project manager.
