Tile fixing in Dubai
We fix floor and wall tiles in Dubai villas, apartments and offices, from large-format marble-effect slabs across a whole ground floor to mosaic in a shower, with the layout planned before the first tile is set.

Good tiling starts before the adhesive
A tiled floor or wall is only as good as what it is laid on and how it is set out. The surface has to be flat and sound, wet areas have to be waterproofed first, and the joints have to be planned so that cut tiles fall in sensible places rather than as thin slivers at a doorway or along the most visible wall. Large tiles make this more demanding, not less: a small dip in the screed that a small tile would hide shows clearly under a large slab. That is why we set out the tile layout as part of the design, room by room, before work starts.
Where we fix tiles
Floors across the home
Continuous floors through living areas, corridors and stairs. At Project Majestic in Al Twar a seamless white marble effect was achieved through tiling across the entire space.
Bathrooms and showers
Walls and floors, with falls to the drain, niches and edges detailed so water stays where it should.
Kitchens
Floors, splashbacks and walls behind the hob and sink.
Feature walls
TV walls, bed walls and entrance walls in large slabs, patterned tiles or mosaic.
Outdoor areas
Terraces, pool surrounds and balconies, using tiles rated for outdoor use and slip resistance.
Tile types, in general terms
- PorcelainDense and low in water absorption, so it suits floors, bathrooms and many outdoor areas.
- CeramicSofter and more absorbent, mainly used on walls.
- Large-format slabsFewer joints and a cleaner look; they need a very flat surface and careful handling.
- Natural stoneMarble, travertine and similar stones are each unique and usually need sealing.
- MosaicSmall pieces on a mesh, used for showers, curved surfaces and decorative panels.

How we carry out tile fixing
Project Study
A free site visit to measure, check the condition of the existing floor and walls, and see whether old tiles must be removed.
Plan
Tile type, size, layout direction, joint width and trims are agreed, along with any approvals the building or community requires.
Visualization
The tile layout is shown in 3D, so you can see where joints and cuts fall before tiles are ordered.
Execution
Preparation, waterproofing where needed, laying, grouting and finishing by our in-house team, with a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact.
What changes the cost
- Area to be tiled and how many cuts the room needs
- Removing old tiles and levelling the base
- Tile size: large slabs and mosaic both take longer to lay
- Patterns such as herringbone or diagonal layouts
- Waterproofing in wet areas
- Trims, edges, skirting and stair nosings
