Umm Suqeim villas stand on individual plots behind their own boundary walls, with a gate onto the street and outdoor space around the house. Families here often want the front of the plot rebuilt as much as the garden: more parking, a shaded car port, a new boundary wall or gate, and a proper path to the entrance. Outside the master communities, villa building permits in Dubai are generally handled by Dubai Municipality, which lists a permit to make modifications and additions to existing buildings and a building completion certificate among its services. Boundary walls, car shades and other structures may fall under these, while paving and planting usually do not. We check what the works require and submit the applications ourselves.
