Restaurant and hospitality fit-out in Dubai
We fit out restaurants, cafés and hotel spaces in Dubai, planning the dining room, the counter and the back of house together so the space looks right and works during a full service.

Why hospitality fit-out is its own discipline
A restaurant is a workplace, a showroom and a piece of infrastructure at the same time. Guests see the dining room, the lighting and the counter. Staff live in the kitchen, the wash area and the corridors between them. Behind both sit services that most interiors never need on the same scale: extraction above the cooking line, grease management in the drainage, gas, large cooling loads, many power points and water at several stations. Finishes take far more wear than in an office or home. Chairs are dragged hundreds of times a day, floors are mopped every night, and counter edges take knocks from trays and trolleys. A hospitality fit-out has to plan for all of that from the first drawing, because changing the kitchen layout after the extraction is installed is slow and expensive.
Hospitality spaces we fit out
Restaurants
Dining rooms planned around covers, service routes and the pass, with lighting that changes from lunch to dinner.
Cafés and coffee counters
A compact counter that holds equipment, display and queue, often the hardest-working few metres in the unit.
Bars and lounges
Bar counters, back bars and seating built in our joinery workshop, with services run inside the joinery.
Hotel rooms and suites
Repeatable room fit-outs with joinery, ceilings, bathrooms and lighting detailed once and built consistently.
Lobbies and public areas
Reception desks, feature walls and ceilings that set the first impression and stand up to constant traffic.
What we settle in design before building
These points are general to any food and beverage fit-out. We work through them with you, and with your kitchen equipment supplier where you have one.
- Front and back of houseWhere the kitchen, stores, wash-up and staff areas sit, and how food and dirty plates move without crossing guests.
- Kitchen servicesExtraction, fresh air, gas, drainage and power located to suit the equipment layout before ceilings and floors are finished.
- Seating and circulationTable mix, aisle widths and where waiting guests stand, so the room works when it is full.
- Durable surfacesFloors, wall finishes and counter tops chosen for cleaning and wear as well as looks.
- AcousticsHard surfaces make busy rooms loud. Ceiling and wall treatment keep conversation possible.
- LightingLayered lighting on dimmable circuits so the mood can change through the day.
Joinery at the centre of the room
Counters, banquettes and back bars made in-house
In most restaurants and cafés the counter is the main piece of design. It has to hold equipment of exact sizes, hide cables and drainage, survive spills and still look like the brand. Because our joinery is made in-house, counters, banquette seating, back bars and display shelves are built to the equipment and site measurements rather than adapted from standard units.
The same applies to hotel rooms, where wardrobes, headboards, desks and vanities are repeated across many rooms and need to be identical and robust.

How a hospitality fit-out runs
Project Study
A free visit to the unit to check what the landlord provides, where services can run and what the building requires.
Plan
Layout, scope and order of work, coordinated with your kitchen equipment list. We apply for the approvals the job needs.
Visualization
The dining room, bar and key details in 3D, so the concept is fixed before joinery is made.
Execution
Our in-house team builds the fit-out, with one project manager coordinating trades, suppliers and the building.
What drives the cost
Kitchen services
Extraction, gas, drainage and cooling are usually the biggest hidden part of a restaurant fit-out.
Starting point
A unit previously used as a restaurant may already have services to reuse; a former shop or office will not.
Joinery and seating
Custom counters, banquettes and back bars add cost and character. They are made in our own workshop, as is the joinery in our wider fit-out and joinery work.
Finishes and lighting
Feature materials, ceilings and layered lighting schemes.
