Joinery for a large Spanish-style home
Villas in The Villa have generous rooms, arched openings and plenty of doors onto courtyards and gardens. Joinery is how those rooms get storage and character without clutter: wardrobes and closets in each bedroom, a kitchen made to the room, TV walls and shelving in the living spaces, and doors that suit the house. Off-the-shelf units rarely fit these rooms well, because ceiling heights, wall lengths and openings vary from villa to villa. We design the joinery as part of the interior, show it in 3D, and make it in our workshop to dimensions taken on site.

New and refurbished internal doors; on Project Jewel the doors were refurbished as part of the renovation.

Fitted storage for bedrooms and dressing areas, as with Jewel's refurbished closets.
Kitchen cabinets
Made for the room, as on the new kitchens of Jewel and Miracle.
Built-in living room pieces
TV walls, shelving, bench seating and storage designed with the room.
Outdoor joinery
Cabinets for BBQ and bar counters, made to cope with the garden.

From 3D drawing to installation
Each piece starts in the 3D design of the room, so you see the proportions, finish and handles in context. Once the walls and floors are ready, we measure on site, make the joinery in our workshop and deliver it for installation by our own team.
Making joinery in-house means the people who design it, make it and fit it answer to the same project manager. If a wall is out of line or a ceiling is lower than drawn, the adjustment is made in our workshop, not argued over between companies.

Joinery and the character of a villa in The Villa
