When standard furniture does not fit
Villas in The Villa have rooms that are larger and differently proportioned than most furniture is designed for. A sofa that fills an apartment living room can look lost here; a dining table has to seat a big family and guests; a long wall under an arch may need a sideboard of an exact length. Custom furniture is made to the room rather than the other way round. Because we design interiors and run our own joinery workshop, the pieces are planned with the rest of the room, so the finish of a console matches the TV wall and a bench lines up with a window.

Furnishing a whole villa
On Project Jewel the transformation included chic furniture alongside new lighting, a kitchen and wood flooring; on Project Miracle the scope included furnishings with joinery, tiling and wall cladding. Planning furniture with the design means the room is finished as a whole, not filled in afterwards.
Each custom piece is drawn in 3D with the room before it is made, then built in our own workshop and delivered to site.

Furniture for courtyards and terraces
Dubai Properties describes the villas in The Villa as having sun-drenched courtyards. Those spaces are often under-used because standard outdoor furniture does not fit them well or does not cope with the heat. Built-in benches, cabinets for a BBQ area and shaded seating designed for the exact courtyard can turn them into rooms the family uses. Outdoor pieces are made in our workshop with materials and finishes chosen for sun and heat, and designed with the garden in 3D.
