Furniture built into the space
When rooms and gardens are modest in size, as they often are in Al Furjan townhouses, built-in furniture does two jobs: it gives you the piece you need and it frees floor space a loose piece would take. A floating TV unit keeps the floor clear; a bench built into a planter wall replaces garden chairs; a BBQ counter with cabinets replaces a freestanding grill and storage box. Project Murano used all three ideas, with a floating bench on a lit planter wall, a BBQ countertop and backsplash with cabinets, and joinery works indoors. Every piece we make is designed with the room or garden and built in our own workshop.

Indoors and out, from one workshop
Matching the inside and the garden
On Murano the indoor joinery and the outdoor counter, bench and pergola were designed in the same project, so the house and garden read as one. Furniture drawn in 3D with the room lets you see its size and finish in context before it is made.
After approval we make each piece in our own workshop, deliver it and install it with our team.

Outdoor pieces and community rules
Built-in garden furniture such as benches in planter walls, BBQ counters and pergolas are part of the garden works. In Al Furjan, a Nakheel development according to Nakheel's website, garden alterations may need an NOC from Nakheel's Urban Planning team, as its FAQ explains. We check what applies and apply for it ourselves, so the custom pieces can be built with the rest of the garden.
