Who Concordia is in JLT
Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is the DMCC community of residential and office towers arranged in clusters. The official JLT website, run by DMCC, directs residents to the Concordia Service Centre for security, maintenance and community matters. For fit-out work, DMCC's own application guideline describes a request for an NOC to Concordia: a DMCC company or a property owner may request a No Objection Certificate, and once the requirements are complete, DMCC issues the NOC to Concordia. In other words, fit-out work in JLT involves both DMCC and Concordia.
