Renovating homes in a Nakheel community
Al Furjan has two kinds of houses on Nakheel's own description: four-bedroom villas and three-bedroom townhouses, many with tiered green tile roofs, white panels and arches. Renovation here is mostly about the inside and the garden, because Nakheel's FAQ says owners can make changes as long as they do not affect the external facade and structure of the property. Within that line there is a great deal to change: kitchens and bathrooms, flooring throughout, doors and cupboards, lighting, smart controls and security, and the garden behind the house. Our three Al Furjan projects show different scales, from a refresh of a smaller home on Wonder to the indoor and outdoor works on Murano and the bespoke transformation of Cliff.

How Project Cliff was approached
The clients on Project Cliff came with a clear direction for their home and specific design elements that reflected their personality and daily needs. Our role was to turn that into a buildable design and deliver it with our in-house team, from customised finishes to the spatial changes.
That is how we approach most renovations in Al Furjan: we listen first, design the result in 3D so you can check it, and then one project manager runs the work.

Project Study
A free visit to see the house, agree what changes and check what the Nakheel rules allow for it.
Plan
Scope and phasing, and the Nakheel NOC and any other approvals, which we apply for ourselves.
Visualization
The renovated rooms and garden shown in 3D before demolition starts.
Execution
Our teams deliver the work, with joinery from our own workshop and one project manager throughout.
