Why turnkey suits apartments
Many apartment owners cannot be on site. They work full days, live abroad, or are renovating a unit between tenants. At the same time, a shared building asks a lot of whoever does the work: an approval before starting, booked lifts, protected corridors, set working hours and waste taken away properly. A turnkey apartment renovation puts all of that with one company. You agree the scope and approve the design, and we take care of the building, the trades and the order of work until the apartment is handed back to you finished.

If you are not in Dubai
Decisions from a distance
The design is approved in 3D, so you can see the finished apartment before work begins without standing in it. Materials and finishes are agreed with you at the same stage.
During the works your project manager is the single contact, during our working hours of 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday. Any change, whether you ask for it or the site requires it, is explained and agreed with you before it is carried out.

Responsibility, not a fixed price
Turnkey means one company answers for the whole renovation. It is not a fixed-price promise: the price is given after the site visit for the agreed scope, and anything that changes is agreed with you first.
