The task lands on a founder, an office manager or an operations lead, who then spends a long stretch moving between a designer, a contractor, the building management and the IT supplier. A turnkey office fit-out gives that job to one project manager. Your part is to tell us how the team works, approve the design and confirm any changes. We handle the drawings, the building's approval, the trades on site and the handover, so the business can keep its attention on the business. The same arrangement applies when the job is re-planning an occupied office rather than fitting out an empty unit.

- Ceilings, lighting and air conditioningOpen or closed ceilings, with lighting and air distribution following the new layout.
- Power, data and securityOutlets and cabling routes placed for the desks, with CCTV where you need it.
- Joinery and finishesReception counters, pantry units and storage from our workshop, plus flooring, paint and soundproofing.

Your team can move in as soon as furniture and IT equipment are in place, and we plan the last stage of the works around those deliveries so the office is not left waiting.

Our own office is in SIT Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and our working hours are 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
