Fit-out in a free-zone community
Many units in Dubai Silicon Oasis change hands or tenants and need fitting out before they are used: an office floor handed over with a bare ceiling and no partitions, an apartment that needs new floors and a kitchen, a villa that a new owner wants finished to their own taste. A fit-out covers everything inside the walls: partitions, ceilings, floors, wall finishes, lighting, bathrooms, kitchens and joinery, with the electrical and plumbing work behind them. In a tower, the building's rules on working times, access and protection of common areas shape the job as much as the design does.

What an office fit-out in DSO usually involves
- Partitions and doorsGlass or gypsum partitions to create private offices and meeting rooms, with doors to match.
- CeilingsA new suspended ceiling, or an open ceiling with services tidied and painted, as on Project Design.

Fitting out a DSO home
Apartments and villas
For homes the order is the same, but the priorities change. In an apartment, storage and light come first: fitted wardrobes, a kitchen that uses every centimetre and ceilings that hide lighting rather than showing a grid of downlights. In a Cedre or Semmer villa, the fit-out often runs across several floors and links to the garden.
Our joinery is made in our own workshop and delivered to site, which keeps cabinets, wardrobes and wall panels consistent with the rest of the fit-out.
How a fit-out runs
Project Study
A free site visit to the unit, with a look at the building's or community's contractor rules.
Plan
Layout, specification and approvals; we apply for the approvals with the building management, community or authority ourselves.
Visualization
The finished space in 3D before any partition goes up.
Execution
Our in-house team delivers the fit-out, coordinated by one project manager, working 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday, or as the building allows.
