OutMazed Design uses the contact details and project information you submit to assess and respond to your enquiry. These details are stored in our GoHighLevel customer-management system and accessed by the team handling your project. Submission does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page views, button clicks and enquiry completion. Our custom tracking does not include your name, phone, email or project answers. Choosing analytics only keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and personalisation disabled. The separate combined choice allows analytics plus ads measurement. Advertising personalisation always remains disabled. You can reject optional measurement or change your choice using Privacy settings in the page footer; submitting an enquiry does not require either choice.
On our Pools & Landscape and Fit-out & Joinery enquiry pages, allowing analytics also lets us keep campaign tags in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. We use these tags for campaign reporting and attach them to your enquiry to help identify its source. Rejecting analytics removes these saved tags. Advertising click IDs are collected only if you explicitly select Allow analytics + ads measurement. Previous analytics permission alone never authorises ads measurement.
If you explicitly allow analytics + ads measurement, our Google tags may use advertising measurement storage and send the Google click identifier (GCLID, WBRAID or GBRAID) and accepted-enquiry events to Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure campaign performance. We do not send your name, email, phone, contact identifiers or project answers to Google, and we do not enable advertising personalisation or remarketing.
Our own click-ID copy is kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes from capture and is attached to an accepted enquiry in our private receipt record, linked to its CRM opportunity. The private click-ID link stops being eligible for use after 30 days and is physically removed during the next valid enquiry intake cleanup, not by a timed deletion job. The optional measurement choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Rejecting optional measurement or selecting analytics only clears this tab's saved click ID and disables further advertising measurement. Previously submitted enquiry records are not erased by changing a browser choice; contact us to request deletion. Google controls retention of measurements already sent to its services under its applicable policies.
Our separate choice, Allow analytics + ads + qualified-project feedback, permits us to use the Google advertising click ID privately linked to your accepted enquiry to tell Google Ads when our team confirms it is a qualified project. Earlier analytics or ads permission does not authorise this additional reporting. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, CRM identifiers or project answers. We do not enable advertising personalisation or remarketing. This permission does not subscribe you to marketing or change how we respond to your enquiry.
The quality-feedback choice is kept in this browser for up to 30 days. Before a future eligible form submission, this browser creates a random withdrawal handle, stored here for no more than 30 days. We retain only its cryptographic hash on our server, alongside the private enquiry measurement link. It does not contain your contact details. This quality-feedback link expires no later than 30 days after the handle was created; we do not extend the existing private click-ID retention. Expired data is physically cleaned on a later valid intake or maintenance run, rather than at a guaranteed deletion time.
Selecting Reject optional, analytics only, or analytics + ads without qualified-project feedback sends withdrawal requests for the saved enquiry handles. The browser stops further quality collection immediately. Our server then records suppression even if a form submission is still in progress. If acknowledgement fails, the browser retains the pending request and retries while the handle is valid; Privacy settings will show that it is pending. A fresh grant applies only to future submissions and never re-enables a withdrawn enquiry. If you clear this browser's storage, use another device, or cannot get acknowledgement, contact us to stop future reporting for your enquiry.
Withdrawal does not erase your project enquiry or automatically remove measurements already sent to Google. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests. Google controls retention of measurements already received under its applicable policies. This additional permission covers qualified-project reporting only, not sharing quotations, contract values, revenue or other project details.
